[Resolved] Creation of new site key

Background of the issue:
I am trying to install a WPML license on a new site.

Symptoms:
I can't find any 'add' button on https://wpml.org/account/sites to create a site key.

Questions:
How do I create a site key for WPML?
Where can I find the option to add a new site key on the WPML account page?
