This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where despite having 15000 credits assigned to their website, they receive a message stating no credits are available.
Solution:
We advised the client to check the Automatic Translation Usage Report by navigating to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports. Upon review, it was discovered that a total of 20,000 credits had been assigned and completely used, which explains why no credits were available for further translations. For more details on how to access and understand your Automatic Translation Usage Reports, please visit WPML documentation.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I have 15000 credits assigned to this website hidden link. I have removed the key and added it again, checked the plugin version, checked the settings, and automatic translation is on.

Symptoms:
I keep getting a message telling me there are no credits available.

Questions:
Why aren't the credits showing despite being assigned?
What could be causing the message that there are no credits available?

Hi there, Laurence.

Thank you for the update.

What I can see is that there has been a total of 20.000 credits assigned to this site and that all of them have been used completely.

You can also find your Automatic Translation Usage Report if you go to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports (as you can see in the screenshot from the section in the URL below):
https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-invoices/#where-to-find-your-past-pay-as-you-go-invoices

That is why there are no credits available for translation.
