Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where despite having 15000 credits assigned to their website, they receive a message stating no credits are available.
Solution:
We advised the client to check the Automatic Translation Usage Report by navigating to WPML > Translation Management > Tools > Payment and settings > Automatic Translation Usage Reports. Upon review, it was discovered that a total of 20,000 credits had been assigned and completely used, which explains why no credits were available for further translations.
