marcoM-185	Background of the issue: After updating Elementor Pro and WPML, WPML asked if I used a new site. In the past, I registered the site again, but this time the credits have been lost. I need help to remove all credits in suspended or active status on any sites and re-credit the production site I am using. I have had this issue in the past where only support could see where credits were added and moved them all into the current production site. I am only using one production site called olivremare.ut. Symptoms: Credits have been lost after updating Elementor Pro and WPML. Questions: Can you check and remove all credits in suspended or active status on any sites? Can you re-credit the production site I am using?
