I should have credits assigned on wpml.org but my site shows no credits. Tried to disconnect and do another connection and key but still the same. Please help.

There seems to be an issue with the registration of your website. Can you please share with me the following information?
1. A screenshot of wpml.org/account/sites where I can see somafit registered. Please do not crop the screenshot, I want to check the whole screen.
2. A screenshot of wpml.org/account/manage-credits/. Also, please don't crop it.
3. Website access.
The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.
I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.
