(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible) Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it. NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. Thank you, Bobby

Bobby WPML Supporter since 04/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	Yes, but please verify that the FTP credentials are working ok and I can also access the staging FTP from them I will need these as the site is currently down and we will need to manually deactivate WPML. Go to wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms and rename it adding ".deactivate" at the end of folder name to manually deactivate.

quinta-do-rajo-ldaN	Hello, I already changed the name manually to the folder sitepress-multilingual-cms. Can you confirm you have access to the FTP files and the staging folder stage.quinta-do-rajo.pt? I am having problems in the online shop. The variable products don't show the variations... Don't know why, as it is set properly. Can you fix this problem soon? It has been all weekend like that...

Edit your wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilngual-cms foler and add ".deactivate" at the end to manually deactivate on the staging site as well Please let me know once ready. If you try to log in now the site is down.

You are using a plugin called rename wp login , what is the wp-admin area renamed to ? /wp-admin or /login.php will not work. Bobby WPML Supporter since 04/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	I am able to access your live site which has WPML activated, I am not seeing any errors at the moment. Your staging site is not accessible anymore for me but when I did access it I took a duplicator package and was able to activate WPML without any fatal errors. Please feel free to create a screencast of the issue you are experiencing so we can better understand in case we are missing something (we typically use loom for this)
