Now there is a new problem. For logged-out users (visitors) the CSS fails on top of the page, when looking at the Swedish version, not when looking at the Enlgish version.
For logged-in users both language versions looks ok.
I have cleared all cache both in the browser, and on the web server.

It turns out it was the plugin "Responsive menu" that caused this problem. Not WPML. Thanks anyway :-).
