Hi! I checked thoroughly, and the issue with the privacy bar was happening randomly, which is why I didn't notice it correctly last time. However, after a proper check, I was able to identify the issue. The privacy bar loads with a slight delay, and the script file contains features that won't work if the script is set to be excluded from delayed loading. To resolve this, I removed the code and took a different approach. The problem with the layout was mainly happening due to optimizing the static files of Betheme using WP-Rocket. Specifically, the "Optimize CSS Delivery" option was causing issues with the styles. When that option is disabled, both the layout and the privacy bar load without any issues. Instead of keeping the entire option disabled, I added the core CSS file of Betheme to the Safelist(Screenshot: hidden link), and the issue did not recur. I checked from Incognito mode and another browser, and I can confirm that the layout issue is resolved and the privacy bar is displaying correctly. Please check this screenshot: hidden link I hope this helps. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by not being able to identify and provide the correct solution earlier. Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance. I'm happy to help. Best regards, |

Hi, I have taken a look at the sites and they all appear to now be broken. I haven't touched the sites so it is nothing I have done. Also my tracking through Clicky which I implement through Betheme > Theme Options > SEO > General hasn't been working? Please bear in mind I have now had to remove hidden link from the WPML install as I have been losing traffic and have reverted it to my old site. The other sites I have left in the WPML install for the time being. Regards, |

Hello Peter, I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered on the site. Please note that after applying any workaround or solution, we thoroughly cross-check everything before declaring the issue resolved. For instance, after adding a CSS file from the Betheme to the CSS Safelist on August 7, I checked your site multiple times from various browsers to ensure that this adjustment did not introduce any new issues. Only after confirming this did I inform you that everything was functioning correctly. Since then, no one from the WPML Support team has logged into your site or made any changes. You can confirm this by reviewing your logging records if you maintain any. If you are still experiencing issues, it could be due to other modifications. Although adding the CSS file to the Safelist shouldn't cause any problems, if you suspect it might be the source, you can try removing it from the Safelist to see if this resolves the layout and tracking code issues. If this does solve the problem, we'd be glad to look into other solutions or, if necessary, escalate the issue to our second-tier support team for further investigation. I hope you can understand. Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance or clarification in this matter. I will be happy to help. Best regards, |

Hi, There is a delay in these issues taking effect so you may not see them straight away after clearing the cache. The same thing happened with the initial top bar issue, if you refresh the cache it fixes and then after several hours/a day later the issue comes back. The same thing is happening with the CSS issue from your modifications, if you clear the cache it corrects it and then some time after the problems occur. This is definitely caused by the changes you have made as no other modifications have been made to the site. When correcting the issue please check again to see if it is fixed around 24 hours after the cache has been cleared. Regards, |

Hello Peter, Adding a CSS file to the Safelist shouldn't interfere with the site layout. The BeTheme CSS file should stay on the page, ensuring that the BeTheme styles load correctly. For a clearer understanding of the purpose of CSS Safelist, you can check the link below. - hidden link I've checked the IN, MD, and EE versions of the site, and the pages are loading fine on those. Could you please clarify what exactly is broken on the translated version? If clearing the caches resolves the issues, it's possible that a strict caching rule is causing the problem. Could you temporarily disable caching and monitor the site? If the issue doesn't reoccur, you may need to adjust the caching configuration. Additionally, feel free to share a screenshot or video demonstrating the issue so I can review it. I also want to inform you that it's a bit challenging for us to continue monitoring a ticket after sending a reply. Since you mentioned checking again after 24 hours, it would be helpful if you could send us a message if the issue reoccurs on the site. Please avoid clearing the caches or making any changes so that we can investigate and identify the root cause. Let me know the update and I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance. Best regards, |

Hi There, As per your request, I have hidden the entire response to hide the image. I certainly can see from the screenshot that the styles aren't loading correctly on that device. It would be helpful if you could implement the adjustments I mentioned in my last response and keep an eye on the situation. I suspect that strict CSS optimization or caching might be affecting the styles. Whenever you have time, please make these adjustments, monitor the situation, and update me on any changes. Looking forward to your response and I'm always here to help. Best regards, |

I have removed the file you added from the safe list and cleared the cache and the issue with the broken layout is immediately resolved. If the site was displaying the height correctly on the .in and .ee domains then there must be an issue with WPML on the .md domain? Can we please aim to get this fixed ASAP as this has now been going on a number of weeks. |

It seems to be OK on the mobile site at the moment but not on the desktop site. You have made an image of my site publically visible, can you please hide this. |

Hi Peter, I've already hidden the reply that included an image of your site. As for the desktop issue, I've added the header ID to the CSS safelist, and the header is now displaying correctly on desktop. I've checked this across multiple browsers over the course of an hour and can confirm that the header remains unchanged on the MD version. Could you please recheck the MD version to see if the layout is showing properly? Please let me know the update. I’ll be more than happy to assist you further if needed. I truly appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter. Best regards, |

Hi! Please note that one of our developers from the 2nd tier team is currently investigating the issue. Since we were unable to replicate the issue in a fresh environment, we took a copy of your site and deployed it locally to continue the investigation without impacting your live site. As you know, the issue reoccurs after some time, so testing each solution may take some time. However, I assure you that I will inform you as soon as there are any updates. I truly appreciate your patience and kind cooperation in this matter. Best regards, |
