You are experiencing a connection issue with WPML on your site, specifically a cURL error 7 indicating a timeout when trying to connect to cdn.wpml.org.
Solution:
We recommend that your hosting provider whitelists the following domains to resolve the connection issue:
- wpml.org
- cdn.wpml.org
- api.wpml.org
- api.toolset.com
- cloudfront.net

Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve a connection issue with WPML on my site hidden link. We have attempted to solve this with our hosting provider, but they advised contacting the service provider related to cdn.wpml.org for further assistance. I am following the status display in my backend.

Symptoms:
cURL error 7: Failed to connect to cdn.wpml.org port 80: Connection timed out.

Questions:
What is the exact IP address I should disable to resolve the connection issue with cdn.wpml.org?

It looks like a firewall is blocking WPML. Your hosting provider needs to whitelist the following domains:

- wpml.org
- cdn.wpml.org
- api.wpml.org
- api.toolset.com
- cloudfront.net
