This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is trying to change the language on their website, but the currency does not change accordingly. Despite downgrading the plugin and implementing a temporary redirect fix, the default currency still appears instead of the expected Euro currency.
Solution:
We recommend checking if caching is causing the issue, as currency changes may not work properly when caching is enabled. Since the WP Rocket plugin is active on the client's site, we advise adding the following cookies to the cache exclusion list under the Advanced Rules of WP Rocket:

wcml_client_currency_language

wcml_client_currency_switched
After making these changes, please wait some time for them to take effect. If the issue persists or further assistance is needed, we invite the client to open a new support ticket.
