Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

I noticed that when you switch currencies and for example on the section "Featured Products" you switch between tabs (New / Oud) the currency shows correctly.

Can you please check if the option “Language filtering for AJAX operations” is enabled, you can check on:
1- go to WPML > Languages then scroll down until you see “Language filtering for AJAX operations”
2- check if next to “Store a language cookie to support language filtering for AJAX” is checked

If that option is already enabled, please would it be possible to check if the issue happens with a minimal setup:

- default WordPress theme
- Only WPML and WooCommerce plugins enabled
- all other plugins should be disabled

It should be best if possible to try that on a staging or testing site.
Note: Please make sure to have a full backup(files and database) of your website before trying any change in order to prevent any data loss.

Hi there,

1) Were you able to test it with minimal setup or in a staging site, did the issue happen with the default WP theme and only WPML and WooCommerce plugins active?

2) From the Debug log I saw that you are using the LiteSpeed cache plugin on your website, could you please try disabling it and see if the issue happens again.

I was not able to test it in a clean environment & I’ve already deleted the litespeed cache plugin

Hi,

I could see that the LiteSpeed cache plugin is still active (right-click on your page click "View page source", scroll to the bottom of the page to see).
Anyway, could you please put the LiteSpeed cache plugin back with the same settings you had when you opened this ticket?

Once you set LiteSpeed settings back, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin) to your site to take a better look at the issue.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Let me know if this is ok with you.

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.
