When I go to the translation page, it asks me to translate the code I added on "Custom Code" section on Elementor. When I save the code is not in the code section anymore, but is displayed at the bottom of the page as text. How can I solve this ?
(Black screenshot is my translated page, on the default page the code is working great)
I wanted to have a look at your website but I could see that it's in maintenance mode. In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area? Also, it would be helpful to send me a link to the page where you have this custom code issue.
The next reply is set to be private so you can safely send me the credentials.
Thank you for the answer. I removed the maintenance page. The page in question is the following one: hidden link (working fine on English version) - hidden link (issue on French page, can be seen at the bottom)
I can see that the maintenance mode is enabled again. It would be helpful if you could give me access to the dashboard area of the website. This way I'll be able to have a look without needing to deactivate the maintenance mode and I will be able to check the way that the custom code is added to the page.
Can you check the translated FAQ page now, please? I just edited the translation, removed the translated script, copied the original one back, and saved the change. Now the script code is gone from the frontend.
