Background of the issue:
I uploaded custom flags 25x25mm because I want them in a circle. I used the EXACT same images on a different website, and there they are displayed correctly: hidden link. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.
Symptoms:
The custom flags are cut off at the top and the bottom instead of being circular.
