Customer new account mail doesn't translate one specific sentence

ofirG	Hey, I am using 2 languages on my site, English and Hebrew. I have translation issue with the Customer New Account mail. When a customer create new account, he gets an email. I translated all the string related to this email but 1 specific sentence is not translated although it is indeed translated on WPML String Translations. I tried to clear cache and double checked but nothing has worked. I attach an image so you could see. Thanks
