This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are using WPML with the ACF Pro and ACFML plugins, and you encounter an error message when updating a page in the original language and then opening a translated version. The error message warns: 'Warning: You are about to edit your translation using the standard WordPress editor but your site is configured to use the WPML Translation Editor. Any edits you do here will be lost if you later open it in the WPML Translation Editor.'
Solution:
This warning appears because your post or post type is set to be translated with the WordPress editor, and it serves as a caution that changes might be lost if the WPML Translation Editor is used later. To remove the message temporarily, press the 'Update' button on the translated page. This action needs to be repeated each time you update the original post and then view the translated version. It is not possible to disable the WPML Translation Editor for the entire site.
