Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and need to manage the glossary in WPML. Previously, I requested assistance to empty my glossary due to import issues. I am experiencing similar problems again.

Symptoms:
I am encountering false English entries in Portuguese, and there is a discrepancy in the number of entries between import and export.

Questions:
Could you please delete the glossary again so I can fix this?

Actually I don't get it... If I look at my uploaded file and then at the file that I have downloaded from the glossary they just do not match. The number are not the same. It does not explain the english in Portuguese. This is my file I uploaded...

Hello,

Could you please check if the file is in that link? when I try to access the link it says there was an error and the file can't be found.

I'd like to check first what the file has before deleting the glossary so we can find out the source of the problem and try to have it fixed whether it's on your or our end.

I hope that's ok 🙂

and check if you get the same error as in your website or not and let me know what the problem is or how can i see it.

Hi Alejandro,

Please just delete it.

I just reviewed that file and I am suspecting I did it wrong on my side. If you delete the glossary (again). I will redo my steps and this time I will properly document it. That way - way we are all sure what happend in case it will give another problem.

Hello, I see that the glossary is emptied. But my account is not connected on both staging and production. I don't want to break things further. How should I reconnect? I can't use the migration code because neither can be used to connect to the other.
