This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues where deleted languages still appear on your sitemap, it might be due to incomplete deletion processes.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to ensure complete removal of languages:
1. Navigate to WPML --> Languages --> Edit languages.
2. Temporarily add the languages you previously deleted.
3. Go to your posts and pages, remove all content associated with these languages, and ensure to also delete them from the trash.
4. Return to WPML --> Languages --> Edit languages and permanently delete the languages again.
If you encounter a 504 Gateway Time-out error during this process, it could indicate a server connection issue, which may prevent the language from being completely removed.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

I have deleted the access as you added the latest in public.

I cannot install duplicator plugin as it is banned by kinsta.

Is it posible to install the plugin adminer in order to have access to the database so I can check if the posts of the deleted languages are in the database.

Thank you.

I have checked the database and the were posts on intl and en-id languages.

What I have done in order to solve it:
- I went to WPML --> Languages --> Edit languages
- Add again both languages
- Go to posts and pages and delete the content from intl and en-id language and also delete it from the trash
- Then Go to WPML --> Languages --> Edit languages and delete both languages

The problem is that I get 504 Gateway Time-out error.

This may be the reason why the language was not removed completely, because there was a connection error with the server.

I have made a video for you:
