Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. If I understand well, the original English page has been deleted but you kept the page for your secondary languages?

- If you want to delete them, you can go to "Pages" and select the secondary language to see a list of all pages in that languages, then you can trash that page. Note that translation in the trash remains linked to the original until you empty the trash (permanently deleted).

- If you want to delete some content on the page but keep the page, again go to "Pages" in your secondary language and click to edit the page. Then in the right sidebar, section "Language" there is a dropdown "This is the translation of", select "NONE" and save. This page is now, independent (not linked to the original page) and you can edit it as you want.
You can see a screenshot on that page: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-disconnect-translations-from-the-default-language-page-or-post/

One more thing:
- In WPML 4.6.7 there is an issue with this functionality that disconnect the translation. It's explained here: https://wpml.org/errata/wpml-4-6-7-issue-with-disconnecting-translations/
If you don't want to touch the code, you can downgrade to 4.6.6 for a moment.
