Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a page from English to Latvian and Russian. The issue can be seen on the page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
Deprecated: mb_strlen(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/vendor/wpml/fp/core/functions.php on line 154. Instead of seeing translated content, I got English content.

Questions:
Why am I seeing a deprecated error message?
Why is the content not translating to Latvian and Russian?
