DIV 5 Page modified page not in sync with translation

Martin	German (main language): hidden link English (second language): hidden link After the translation the page layout and elements where changed in DIVI 5. Do i need to delete my translation to get the english page in the same layout?

Martin	i am not sure what would be the best was to resolve this. duplicate the page and then add a news translation or delete the translation and keep the original page?

Martin	OK, das mit dem Duplikat habe ich hinbekommen und dann auf Übersetzungseditor zurückgestellt. Damit bin ich erstmal ziemlich weit am Ziel.

Martin	after the page has been translated with the new layout i need to make some adjustments in the english page. but i can't get this page to open in edit-mode for DIVI 5

Would you please get back to us with the debug information following the steps below? https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ Also if you use extra Canvas on your Divi layout we have a known issue: https://wpml.org/errata/divi-5-additional-theme-builder-canvases-are-not-displayed/ If not, you should be able to access the layouts by changing the admin language switcher at the top of the admin bar. Just to make sure we are on the same page you need to have WPML version 4.9.2.1 to have the latest compatibility updates. Thanks.

Martin	yes, all is up-to-date. no additional canvases are being used. i can change the language and i can click the button "Edit with The Div Builder" but i am not getting an editable view. see loom-video. I also asked DIVI 5 support to look into thias issue.

Martin	so far it seems to me that the issue might be related to the user? we did some testing and elegant_themes_support was able to edit a new page in both languages. whe i try to edit this page in english i am getting the preview, not the editor.

Woud you please test by adding a new admin user and see if you are able to access the edit mode for the other language? If not, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website. It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore. Make sure you set the next reply as private. Thanks.
