[Resolved] Divi Accordions Plus plugin no translation
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to translate the Divi Accordions Plus plugin title and text using the WPML translation tool. Solution: We recommended the following steps to make the Divi Accordion Plus plugin translatable: 1. Navigate to WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration and add the following code:
2. Make a minor change to the page containing the accordion, such as adding a blank space to any text. 3. Proceed to translate the content as usual.
If this solution does not resolve the issue or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket in our support forum.

Thank you for sharing the information. I checked your debug info and noticed that your website doesn't have the minimum memory required for WPML to work. WPML requires a memory limit of at least 128MB while 256MB is recommended. See https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ for detailed information. You can set WP Memory Limit in your wp-config.php file by adding following code:
for details. Increasing WP Memory may help improve the performance and sometimes also help resolving such issues. Let me know if that solves your issue.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
It seems to me that the issue is that the plugin Divi Accordion Plus is incompatible with WPML. There's a workaround I'd like to test on a local copy of your website. Unfortunately, after trying multiple times, I couldn't download the copy from your website, apparently due to server limitations (the download was always interrupted). I kindly ask you to follow these instructions and provide me with a copy:
Thank you for sharing. Indeed, what was going on is that the Divi Accordion Plus plugin wasn't compatible with WPML. To make it translatable, please follow these steps:
1. Go to WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration and add the following code (see image):
