Background of the issue:
I am using WPML to create a multilingual site from French to English. I have issues with incomplete translations on my site, particularly with categories and automatically created property pages.

Symptoms:
Pages translated from French to English are not fully translated. Some terms remain in French, especially in drop-down menus and automatically created property pages.

Questions:
How can I automatically translate property pages into English when they are created on my site?
How can I ensure that all terms, including those in drop-down menus, are fully translated from French to English?
Hello,

I used your plugin to have a multilingual site: French to English.
When I click on the English flag, the pages translated from French to English are not 100% translated.

For example, my search filter has the terms in English, but in the drop-down menus some terms are still in French, because basically, they are categories. real estate advertisements.

I also have single pages for property presentation. These pages are created automatically on my site, but I cannot translate them with WPML automatically. How to do it? This is en exemple when I am in english version on my site : hidden link

You will see the photo, in my wordpress administration on the property management section, I do not have the WPML translation option. How can I automatically translate these pages into English when they are created on my site?

Likewise, on my home page, I have sections presenting property listings, and certain terms on the English version do not translate either. Or I can translate these terms when I switch from the French version to English. On my home page english version : hidden link, or hidden link you for your help

Hi,

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

Are your categories and custom taxonomies fully translated via WPML → Taxonomy Translation? (This ensures terms like those in dropdown menus are properly handled.)
https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-post-categories-and-custom-taxonomies/#translate-taxonomies-with-wpml

Also, it seems that the “Propriétés” custom post type is not set as translatable. You can manage this in **WPML → Settings → Post Types Translation**, as explained https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-posts/#translate-custom-post-types)

If you set these and translate, do proper translations appear in dropdowns and elsewhere?

Hello,

Thank you for your help, the second suggestion was the one I needed for my custom pages. I
I have an other question. As I am a real estate site, I publish properties quite regularly on my site automatically. Is it possible with wpml to automatically translate this new page as soon as it is added in the properties?

Also I wanted to know, if I delete a property on my French site, will the page translated into English be deleted too? I checked a box in the "When deleting an article, also delete translations" options, but I'm not sure if this will work for my custom properties pages.

Thank you for your help
