I am trying to understand why there are duplicate entries of the same line on the page hidden link. I expected to see one entry per line of text.

the second entry in ATE is missing the sentence "Here are the key advantages of using this decision-making tool."
so it is expected to see this entry sentence in ATE.
2. Different context: see the attached screenshot. If you have the same sentence on a page but in a different context: custom field value, page builder attributes ... they will be available in ATE for translation.
