What happens is that our client is using a plugin called Easy Property Listings to manage a custom post type property on his site. When he translates a listing (or blog post or anything else) using ATE, when he views the translated listing it is missing the content area (wp_content). If we then go into WPML troubleshooting page and clear WPML cache and then sync ATE job ids, then go back into the ATE translation and click the complete button again, the content populates properly. This is a workaround but our client is frustrated having to go through this whole process each time a listing is translated. Any ideas on a solution?

Thanks for your reply.

Sorry, the replies will only go to the email you opened this ticket.

We would need to check the plugin compatibility on our local dev site.

We would need a site snapshot to continue with the troubleshooting. Or can we have your permission to create a snapshot on our own?

We usually recommend the free Plugin “Duplicator” for this purpose.

If you already know how Duplicator works ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),please skip the following steps and just send me the archive file you downloaded.

★ Duplicator Instructions hidden link https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

If the file is too large (more than 400M), please use the Duplicator file filters to remove the cache, the wp-uploads directory, the media, and the archive files.

Send me the link to the archive file (you probably want to use Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big).

Your next reply will be private, which means that only you and I will be able to see it and have access to it.

You can paste the link to the file there.

Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site.

Thanks for your reply.

I can't seem to import the SQL into my local site. Since you're WPEngine as your hosting provider, we do have similar reports regarding this, and is usually caused by the WPEngine Cache. Could you please try temporarily disabling the WPEngine Cache and then try translating it and see if it works correctly?

If the issue persists, are you able to clone the site to another staging site so that I could escalate this further?

I disabled WPEngine's Object cache and that seems to have resolved the error.
