Background of the issue:
I am using WPML with Elementor and the Advanced Translation Editor to translate my site hidden link. I am trying to translate pages completely, including all strings on the page.

Symptoms:
When using the Advanced Translation Editor, only the page name is available for translation, and other strings on the page are missing. This issue does not occur on other sites using Elementor.

Questions:
How can I translate all strings on the page using the Advanced Translation Editor?
Why are other strings missing in the Advanced Translation Editor for this site?

Hi there,

Please go to pages and edit the page in the default language, make a small change and update.

Now reaccess the translation, are you able to see the strings picked up by the editor?

if the issue remains, please let me know how the page is created, I can see that you are using Elementor, however, I do not recognize the theme used.

Edit the page with Elementor and inspect the Elements, are they originating from Elementor or are they custom elements from the theme?

There is a chance they are not properly registered for the advanced translation editor to pick them up.

Good afternoon!

I have done all the manipulations that can be done and diagnostics cache cleaning and scanning lines and changing the text on the page, but the blocks that were created by the template itself do not appear in the translator even if you change the text there. To translate the site we wanted to use the paid automatic translator of your WPML program, but the free version of 2000 words showed that the necessary blocks and lines are not detected and are not translated, including HEADER and FOOTER are not translated.

We really need help to continue working with your translator and automatic translation.

THANK YOU!

I managed to make a translation in the HEADER and FOOTER.

The only problem remained with the translation of PAGES made using the template hidden link

As for the articles POSTS (BLOG) which is made with the help of the ELEMENTOR - they were translated successfully.

The ONLY problem remained with the translation of PAGES...

THANK YOU!

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,
Bobby
