Hi,

I've been trying to resolve my issue regarding Elementor display conditions. I've tried following your other solution (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-and-elementor-display-conditions-for-templates/) but I can't find "Custom Fields Translation" or "Show system fields" or "_elementor_conditions" under WPML settings.

I'm using WPML to translate my pages. All works fine, except when I'm trying to translate the page footer. I have an Elementor template called "Footer". I use WPML to translate the template to the second language. Using display conditions inside the Elementor Footer template I set the conditions to display the template on all my pages. However, when I browse my page in either languages the footer language is always the same, it does not dynamically change.

Please help.

Best regards,
Ales Kovacic

Hi Ales,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.

As I can see from your debug log, you are using a Blog licence and do not have WPML String translation addon, which is required for Elementor to work correctly with WPML.

I can only suggest you try to create 2 different not connected templates as explained in our docs:

Or if possible to upgrade your account to WPML CMS license and install the required addon.

Regards,
Drazen

I've upgraded my plan and installed the addon. Everything works now.
