This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client's Elementor header and footer disappeared, potentially due to a conflict with a caching plugin.
Solution:
We found that the issue might be related to 'drop-in' plugins on the client's server. We recommend the following steps to resolve the problem:
1. Navigate to the WordPress Dashboard > Plugins.
2. Use the top filter to select "Drop-ins".
3. Deactivate the 'drop-in' plugins, especially the object cache one.
4. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Elementor Header & Footer Builder.
5. Make a change to the French header, such as updating the title, and save the changes.
6. Ensure that the translation is 100% complete.
7. Check if the issue is resolved.
If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it's outdated, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should the problem persist, please open a new support ticket with us.
