I switched translations to 'Wordpress Editor', not WPML translation editor, and widgets in footer which are showing Elementor Templates(sections) through 'Elementor Library' widget in other languages dont enqueue styles from Elementor. Main language is German, secondary - EN. In EN Elementor Editor styles are correct, but on front end it enqueues styles for DE Elementor Template, not for EN.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly.

If I understand correctly, you are using Elementor templates to display widgets in the footer. If this is the case, make sure that the templates are translated to all languages. If you are entering the CSS in the template, you can either edit the templates in each language to make sure the CSS is correct there or you can go to WPML -> Settings and in the custom field section, click show system fields. Then search for CSS and if you find the Elementor CSS field, you can set this to copy. Then update the original language template and the translation, and check to see if this resolves the issue.

If not, let us know and we will be happy to further troubleshoot.

Not helped, we are not using custom css in elementor, just Style Tab from Elementor

Hello,

thanks for getting back.

Can you please try adding 2 footer widgets, 1 for each language and select the correct template to show, as explained in our docs:

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Drazen

You probably didn't understand. They are translatable, just styles not applied on EN version.

Hello,

I understood that, what I suggest is adding two footer widgets one for each language and one under Display for language set the correct language and correct template.

Can you please try this method and let me know if that helps?

Thanks,
Drazen

I can't do this, something one is saved. If I save EN version last, then styles for EN correct but for DE is missing.

Hello,

Can you please follow the next steps:

1) Please make a backup before proceeding.

Please check if the issue still happens when you are using WP default theme and only WPML plugins and Elementor enabled, all other disabled.

2) If issue still happens after step 1, please go to the next test site and try to reproduce the issue, so we can check and escalate further.

Let me know how it goes and the steps you did on the test site. Please do not migrate your content there. You need to add new template and new footer widget.

Regards,
Drazen

1. I tried with Kadence theme, the same.
2. Unfortunately, 'Elementor Library' comes with PRO version. Do you have Elementor PRO ?

Yes it is working on your website, maybe some plugins prevent working normal. How long this test website will be alive to test with other plugins ? Thanks.

Hello,

thanks for checking, let me have a look at your website if I can sport an issue.

Please make a full backup of your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
If possible please provide access to the staging website, not production.

Please note, that I might need to do some debugging procedures like enable/disable plugins, switch themes, change the default language of the user account, and/or access your website database to debug the issue furtherly.

I will share with you any changes or steps done in this process. Please let me know if you do not agree with the above or if I do not have your permission for any.

I would need to access both your site's wp-admin and FTP account, if possible.

I have enabled the private username and password fields in your next reply.

I suggest you create a new user, set it as an administrator and then add those credentials in the private fields mentioned.

You can safely add your information into these fields.

Regards,
Drazen
