Background of the issue:
I want to create the Home page template using Elementor and translate that template. Adding new pages in other languages and importing the saved template.

Symptoms:
When doing any changes in design like changes image in default (English template) those changes are not reflecting in other languages.

Questions:
How can I ensure that design changes in the default (English) template are reflected in other languages?

Hi Paul,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

After making changes in the English language, you should update the translation to apply the changes in other languages. There should be a circle arrows icon in the Language box, you can click on it to update the translation.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
