From the frontend I see the cart widget is linking to cart page with some JS and not exactly a link. Also it does not seem to be a default elementor widget, probably coming from theme or some plugin.
I might need to check the site further to check how the cart is built exactly and see if this can be resolved. Will it be possible for you to share the site access details ( wp-admin and FTP ) for me to check the issue further? If possible please share the access to a test/ staging site with the same issue instead.

After further troubleshooting It seems like the the issue here is due to the compatibility of menu cart widget from Exclusive Addons Elementor with WPML.
Can you please backup the site to prevent any issues then update everything on the sie including elementor to see if it helps? If not we will need to test the issue further on a clean/sandbox site to verify if the issue is compatibility issue:
- Login to the sandbox site I created for you from: hidden link
- Setup WPML on the site ( a test key will be auto provided during setup ) including Elementor, WooCommerce and "Exclusive Addons Elementor" plugin.
- Then see if the issue can be replicated on the sandbox site or not with some test pages, products and setup.
Please keep the setup, plugins and pages as simple/minimal as possible which will make it easier for you to setup the site to test the issue and also for us to verify the issue.
But the updates didn't work > also why do I need to replicate, because I send you a testing enviroment already: hidden link > this is a testing site. So no worries, we can work here.

The replication in a clean site is required to verify if the issue is due to compatibility or if it is an isolated case in your site only.
I tried to test the issue further on the sandbox site but after testing I found the Menu Cart widget is available only for pro version of the plugin.
Can you please login to the sandbox site using the next link then setup the pro license for the plugin "Exclusive Addons Elementor" so that I can test the issue further?
If you could also share on how you resolved the issue it could help other people in the future.
Regarding, Apple Pay trough Stripe not showing in WooCommerce Payment settings ( I hope I understood it correctly, if not please let me know) , the issue should not be caused by WPML however I suggest you verify it by first backing up the site to prevent any issues then deactivating WPML plugins to see if the "Apple Pay trough Stripe" option is then available. Let me know how it goes or if you need further help with the issue.
Hi, well I resolved it with a custom link in the icon column, so it isnt really a bug solution. But it works now. Apple doesnt seem related to WPML. So tanx for your support!
