I'm using The Events Calendar plugin to manage events and I have events in English and French. When people register to an event they get an email confirmation. The problem is that the information on the French email is partially translated and when I add the translation on the string it is not reflected on the email. What can I do to correct this issue. Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Meanwhile this ticket is taken by one of my colleagues for investigation, I'll recommend the following:

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

- Update WPML plugins to the latest versions.
- Check with only WPML and Events Calendar plugins while deactivating all others.

We've also this guide on the said plugin at https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/build-multilingual-events-websites-events-calendar-wpml/, please check the "Known Issues" section. Although there's not a particular report about email issue but perhaps a relevant one may give you a clue.

Please let us know your findings and we'll try our best to help you resolve the problem.

Regards.
