This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are facing an issue where the English version of your website's content is not displaying on the front end. You have tried several troubleshooting steps including refreshing and editing the English version, disconnecting and reconnecting the English page, creating new drafts in both Italian and English, disabling and updating the Breeze plugin temporarily, and clearing the WPML cache.
Solution:
We have investigated your issue and found that the listing type should not be translated, as its custom post type (CPT) is set to be displayed as translated. We resolved the issue by deleting the translation of the ATTRAZIONI/POSTI DA VEDERE listing type. After removing the translation, the English listing now appears correctly.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with the English version of my website hidden link where the contents are not showing on the front end. I have attempted several troubleshooting steps including refreshing and editing the English version, disconnecting and reconnecting the English page, creating new drafts in both Italian and English, disabling and updating the Breeze plugin temporarily, and clearing the WPML cache.

Symptoms:
The English version contents are not showing on the front end of the website.

Questions:
Can you check the root cause of why the English version contents are not showing?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

How did you create this page? Have you tried with a new page?

Could it be that the page is in Draft? If so, try going to the English page using the WordPress editor and publishing it.

Does the issue persist if you temporarily deactivate all the plugins except WPML?

Hi Andrey,

Thank you for your reply. We still did not try to disable the plugins. We will create a staging website first before running major changes on the website and we'll let you know.

Also, here are the following tests we have done so far however the issue persists:

- Refresh and edit the English version: hidden link
- Disconnect and reconnect the English page.
- Create a new draft in Italian: here: hidden link and in English: hidden link
- Create a new draft English Page here: hidden link (No Italian version)
- Disable and update the Breeze plugin temporarily.
- Clear WPML cache

If you could please check it for us to find the root cause of why the English version contents are not showing that would be great.

In case you need the login credentials, you can view them here: [removed]

Let me know if you need more information. Thank you very much!

I have removed the link with the access details.

I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible—in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.

I noticed that the French listing shows content but not the English. I also noticed that if you deactivate the Unlimited Elements for Elementor plugin, the listing template doesn't display at all (inc. default language).

So the question is, how did you create a template for listings? It may not have been translated into English.

Hi Andrey,

Thank you for your reply, the listing template comes from the theme package: TownHub by CTHthemes. It seems that the author used a custom post type. Since you mentioned that the template is not translated. I have followed the article here to translate the custom post type: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-posts/.

I tweaked some custom post-type settings here: hidden link however, still it did not work. I suspect there's an issue with the theme itself and it would be great if you help us to track down the root cause of the issue.

Hey,

I have further debugged this and discovered that the listing type should not be translated (as its CPT is set as displayed as translated). I have deleted the translation of ATTRAZIONI/POSTI DA VEDERE listing type, and this particular listing appears in English: hidden link

Have a nice weekend.
