This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to set up a different domain per language and encountered issues with the validation for those domains.
Solution:
We recommend unchecking the

"Validate on save"

checkbox in the WPML settings. This should allow you to save the settings without any issues. After doing this, make sure to save the WordPress permalinks.
If this solution does not resolve your problem, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hello,

Please uncheck the "Validate on save" checkbox and then you should be able to save the settings.

Make sure to save the WordPress permalinks afterwards.

Yes, ive had to uninstall and reinstall this, Im finding this rather a lot of aggro to be honest, are you able to log in and sort please?
