Hello! Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process. 1) Can you try the following: 2) go to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs. Clear your site's and server's cache and check again WPML > Translations to see if the problem is gone this time. Let us know how it goes. |

WPML keeps giving me the same error: "Jobs could not be loaded". And it happens on first page, now. |

Hi Didier, I will try my best to see what is causing this behavior I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue. **Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken ** I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
