Thanks Bobby.
I did a lot of work last night in cleaning up taxonomies and troubleshooting, but still I cant get the products to show in the polish versions of the shop page or archive pages.
However I did find I got the products showing again when I duplicated content from English to Polish. So I began duplicating 100 items at a time. Thinking at least I can go back to how it was before the errors started.
However at about 500 i found I couldnt add more.
On waking up the 500 duplications are in the bin, and i still cant see products or categories on the polish pages hidden link
I'd really like to find a solution that is the most stable. I still dont understand why translations move or change

Also I cant clean up, if I try empty the bin it removes my 'English' originals and stops with a warning 'sorry you are not allowed to delete this item'

Do others have database issues?
I think all my support tickets is about disapeaering translations. Today I spent ages deleting all Polish products, but then the English went to 0. I eventually got the table looking correct, except I cant remove the bin, it shows none in listing, but they are in te database.
All (2,349) | Published (2,302) | Drafts (47) | Bin (1,889) | Sorting Translate WooCommerce products
English (2349) | Polish (0) | All languages (2349)
I'll delete in SQL, before Duplicating to Polish as I cant get translatable to work.
Hopefully this will get me back to a working site, but I dread the same happens again, in that translation numbers change.
Have I got a setting wrong that might cause this?

I've completed rebuilding the products. I removed the items in the bin, through SQL and now duplicating english to Polish. Hoping it remains stable...

I have not seen this type of behavior many times before, maybe once and it was related to a corruption in the database.
Typically one thing that can possibly trigger this is when translations are mixed.
Meaning you create a product in the secondary language and duplicate into the default, then do it the other way. Also the amount of products you have is as well a higher amount than typically.
Please let me know if things are working OK at the moment.

I did ask my server host if there were any issues or possible corruption in the the database, they made some checks and said all was fine.
But I'm still getting issues with translation numbers, these should be equal:
All (2,396) | Published (2,302) | Drafts (94) | Bin (2,302) |
English (2349) | Polish (47) | All languages (2396)
I just ran "Set language information" and "Fix post type assignment for translations"
and now I have
All (2,396) | Published (2,302) | Drafts (94) | Bin (2,302) | Sorting Translate WooCommerce products
English (0) | Polish (2302) | All languages (2302)
When I open Bin it is empty.

I went back and deleted all polish, cleaned up the database and duplicated again. It now looks stable and equal. I hope it remains!

....But on returning 8 hrs later, the Polish duplications have gone to the bin.
Why can this happen?
All (2,396) | Published (2,302) | Drafts (94) | Bin (2,302) | Sorting Translate WooCommerce products
English (2349) | Polish (47) | All languages (2396)

Hi there,
Reviewing the products at this moment it looks like it is holding stable still, can you please verify?
This is what I see which looks correct and even between the 2 languages.
English (2307) | Polish (2307) | All languages (4614)
