Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, I see that you had the similar issue recently and my colleague suggested to check with the corresponding translation service (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/api-token-key-not-accepted/).

Were you able to contact and find new information?

Can you also try by deactivating any caching and firewalls?
