[Closed] Error while trying to activate pay as you go

Background of the issue:
I activated the 'Pay-As-You-Go' option last month and successfully translated my website's content into Russian using WPML. Now, I want to translate it into French and Arabic on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
When I try to activate the 'Pay-As-You-Go' option again to add my card, I encounter the error: 'An error occurred when confirming the subscription: %{message}'.

Questions:
Why am I being prompted to activate 'Pay-As-You-Go' again?
How can I resolve the error when confirming the subscription?
