Thanks for your reply. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to the Website that you're having issues with so that I can provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified. Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements. Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me. ✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup. |

Thank you for fixing it! Unfortunately, the entire translation system is still a mess, and I do not know where to start with all the errors. I will list them as separate comments, because I figure you have been to the site, know log in etc. and can make sense of it faster than if I make different tickets that end up at different agents? 1 |

2 When I click on the link in the language box "connect translations", it just reloads the page. New threads created by Kor and linked to this one are listed below: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/all-translations-have-disappeared/ |

Thanks for your reply. I've checked and this is what I'm getting hidden link . Maybe you can record a screen recording from your end and show me what you're seeing over there? Also, that's the smart slider and it's not tested or fully compatible with WPML. But here is what you can do to translate it. hidden link If you're looking for sliders that are fully compatible with WPML, you can check out here: |
