This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported two issues: one on the shop page and a translation problem on both Translation Management and Page translation. Specifically, the 'Edit translation' option was not working and was not clickable.

Solution:
For the first problem, we recommended the following steps:
- Navigate to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial in your website.
- Unregister WPML by clicking the unregister link.
- Visit https://wpml.org/account/sites/ and delete the existing site key.
- Create a new site key.
- Return to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial on your website.
- Click the register link and use the new site key to register WPML again.
For the second issue, we advised the client to:
1) Take a full backup of the site and database.
2) Deactivate all plugins except WPML.
3) Switch to a standard theme like 2024.
Then, recheck for the problem. If it persists, we suggested trying the WPML Troubleshooting Options available at https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-troubleshooting-options/.

If these steps do not resolve your issues, or if they seem outdated or irrelevant to your case, please open a new support ticket. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:

Questions:
Hi- I have two errors occurred : one is on shop page and Translation problem on both Translation Management and Page translation.

First of all, When I go to Dashboard>Page
Edit the translation is not working and not clickable as you see the picture.
I got this message from when I click the edit.
" WPML's Advanced Translation Editor is enabled but not activated. Go to WPML Translation Management Dashboard to resolve the issue."
So I went to Translation Management Dashboard and tried to click and edit
For the first time, it was working but now it's not working.

Second Problem is
When I click translation by Japanese ( and other language too ) from Home Page, and then directly clicked Shop Page, the shop page is not showing. And also only showing Vietnamese and Japanese languages are showing on the Japanese shop page. Only when I use English (main language) >shop > translate by Japanese is working.

Also final question is Error log, I am sending screen shot as well.

Please help me with this problem. Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

For the 1st problem, I'll recommend trying these steps first:

- In your website, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.
- Unregister WPML by clicking the unregister link.
- Then go to https://wpml.org/account/sites/.
- Delete the existing site key.
- Create a new site key.
- Then go back to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial on your website.
- Click the register link and use the new sitekey (created above) to register.

and recheck for the problem.

For the other question/issue, I recommend opening a separate ticket because as per forum policy we can only handle one issue per ticket. So you can get more to the point help, without mixing up several issues in one long ticket.

Regards.

Thank you for the updates.

Before proceeding further can you please try the following?

1) Take a full backup of your site and database before proceeding.
2) Deactivate all plugins except WPML.
3) Switch a standard theme like 2024.

Then recheck for the problem. If it still happens, then please try these WPML Troubleshooting Options (https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-troubleshooting-options/) and see if it helps resolving the problem.
