I hope you’re well. I’m facing a peculiar and rather bothersome issue with the WPML plugin on my WordPress site.
Every time I refresh any page in the Admin Interface, the page reloads twice. On the first load, I get a notification that states the language has been changed. If I click on the “OK” button to acknowledge the message, the page reloads again, displaying the same message. This can be replicated infinitely. The only way to stop this cycle and view the page as intended is by dismissing the message.
To clarify, it’s not an infinite loop running on its own, but the issue can be replicated repeatedly. It’s quite disruptive to my workflow, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
The look and feel of the dialog is not familiar to me.
I will need to have a look on the dashboard. I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.
Make sure you set the next reply as private.

But before that, I'd appreciate it that you use the recommended way for that product translation:
- Go to Woocommerce > Woocommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > Products (tab)
- Find the product in question.
- Click on the circle/pencil icon next to the product and you will be redirected to the translation editor.
- Make sure the translation is 100% complete and save.
- From now on you can access the product edit screen without any dialog box.
Please consider that you should not go to the translated product edit screen as WPML should handle the translation.
thank you very much for your quick reply and the product translation guide. I have followed these steps.
Regarding access to my WordPress dashboard, I would like to emphasize that my system contains sensitive customer data. Therefore, I cannot share this information easily. Can you assure me that the data will be kept confidential and that no changes will be made without my explicit permission?
I would like to point out that I perform regular backups of my system, but I still want to ensure that all steps are taken in accordance with my requirements and concerns.
I look forward to your feedback and thank you for your understanding.
Sure thing. I will not touch anything unless you give me permission. But the better way is that you provide us with a copy of your website that has the sensitive information stripped out as we do not want to have access to those, and we just need to check the pop up issue you are experiencing.
And because along the way we might need to do further troubleshooting, actually I do recommend that you provide a version of the website that we know, does not have sensitive information and if something happens during the investigation (plugin deactivation/activation, ...) it will not break a live website.
Thanks.
