[Resolved] Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Attempt to assign property "current" on null
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was trying to translate pages into French but encountered a fatal error message related to the navigation menu when attempting to view the translated page.
Solution: We recommended the client to first check how the page was duplicated and then perform a conflict test. This involves deactivating all plugins except for WPML to see if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, the client should then reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin. Additionally, we advised testing with a default theme to rule out any theme-related issues.
If these steps do not resolve the issue or if the solution does not seem relevant, we encourage the client to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance. WPML support forum
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
How did you duplicate the page? What are the results if you temporarily deactivate all the plugins except WPML?
Also, please make a test with any default theme.
