Hello,

you have been inactive so I converted chat to ticket.

1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site.

- To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page.
- Once on the “debug information” page, select the entire content of the text box and copy it.
- Now go back to our support forum, find debug information box and paste it.

More information on the link: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

2) Can you please let me know do you still get this error or share URL where I can see the issue?

Thanks,
Drazen

Hello,

thanks for getting back.

1) Can you share the URL to the page where I can see the issue? I checked your EN homepage but it looks fine to me.

2) I am not sure if the images missing are related to WPML,as it happens in EN language. Please disable all WPML plugins and check if you still have an issue without WPML plugins.

Please make a backup before proceeding.

Let me know.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello,

I got rid of the plugin but it prevented the site from displaying pictures on the property pages. I reinstalled it and added WPML string translation which seemed to work for a couple of days. Now the jetpack plugin has flagged up the same error message.

I've not allowed Jetpack to delete it fromt he directory yet as the same will happen and the images will not display:

Vulnerable Plugin: wp-all-import (version 3.7.3)
Vulnerability found in plugin
More
What did Jetpack find?

The plugin Import any XML or CSV File to WordPress (version 3.7.3) has a known vulnerability.

Learn more about this vulnerability(opens in a new tab)

How will we fix it?

Jetpack Scan is able to automatically fix this threat for you. Since it will replace the affected file or directory the site’s look-and-feel or features can be compromised. We recommend that you check if your latest backup was performed successfully in case a restore is needed.

Jetpack Scan will delete the affected file or directory.

I hope you can find some sort of solution for me with this.

Thanks in advance!

John

Hello,

1) What you have shared first is the wp all import plugin flagged, not the WPML addon, so I suggest further checking with WP All Import support on this report.

2) As for images, I am not sure why do you think this is WPML causing the issue if the issue happens in your default language? Can you please explain and share the URL where I can see issue?

Thanks,
Drazen
