Hi again Ilyes
Update. I have tested to log into the site now, but the site is slugish and the menus doesn't works as expected.
Can you please have a look.
Hi again Ilyes
I'm sorry, but WPML still consume php memory. I have set Wpfusion to log errors. This is what's showing: 12/06/2024 06:14:11 Error system PHP out of memory error. This may have affected WP Fusion's functionality. Consider increasing the available memory on your site or deactivating some plugins. Allowed memory size of 4294967296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)
Hi again Ilyes
You used a lot of time a couple of weeks ago to create a staging server for our site. Maybe you could reuse that one? You also need to remember that this error is most likely connected to an issue between WPML and Object Cache Pro, that causes a memory leak. So without having an exactly replica of the production server, you will probably not getting anywhere with this problem.

Hello,
To expedite a solution, I have escalated the matter to our 2nd tier team, I'm waiting for other suggestions after they check your site,
Regarding the migration, The staging copy I made is not compatible with how cloudways work, this is why I would be more than happy to do the migration for you if you are okay with that, this copy might be asked by our developers if the code needs debugging. This is why I wanted to have it ready for a faster escalation,
Thanks again for your patience as Object Cache issues can be challenging,
Hi again
You are welcome to create another staging site.
If you can use our existing staging site on Rapyd, you are more than welcome to do so. However, this staging site does support custom domains for the translated language. Not sure if that is required
Ilyes is off today, but to get the ticket moving I started the migration process on Clowdways as instructed by Ilyes. I'll escalate the copy once it's finished (it can take some time). Please don't stop the migration process.
Ok. Sorry about that. I will leave the plugin activated. Something happened to the site now, because the CSS Buddyboss news feeds and groups are messed up. Can this be caused by the Cloudways migration plugin?
Cheers
Arild
