erykW	Hi, I have FB Messenger installed on the website. I would like to translate basic content (cloud and content after opening the chat). Unfortunately, I have no idea how I can do that. I found some old threads, but these solutions don't work on my site, or I don't know how to get them to work. Please help. Regards, Eric

Mihai Apetrei WPML Supporter since 03/2018 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Europe/Bucharest (GMT+03:00)	Hi Eric. This plugin might load content externally and that cannot be translated with WPML. It is also missing from our official WPML-compatible plugins repository here: https://wpml.org/plugin So I would recommend that you first get in touch with their support and see if their plugin is compatible with WPML. Unfortunately, it would be very hard for us to know the tricks for all the WPML-incompatible plugins out there as there is a very big market of custom plugins and themes. Especially for the ones that load content from external sources that WPML can't see and translate. I would have loved to be able to at least offer an alternative or workaround but that is not possible in this case. Mihai
