Font size for some pages is not correct

wei-chunT	Hi IIlyes, I used CSS to force the font for Chinese. It's not elegant because I have to do it for every element but it's better than nothing. If you'd like to have a look at the issue again, I could remove the CSS bits. Otherwise, I guess we could consider this resolved.
