The attendee field are not being translated as well as the additional custom attendee field (and the select option fields).

Could you tell me the where to find this strings that I can easily find them in the WPML options?

See attached screen shot of the check out form. (Foovents / Divi Woocommerce)

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I'm not familiar with FooEvents Custom Attendee Fields but it should e compatible with WPML as their main plugin is.
Ref: hidden link

If i understand well, here you're trying to translate the labels of their form (Firstname, Lastname etc...) and not the value inside those fields.

In that case should be able to translate them in "WPML > String Translation".

- Go to "WPML > Theme and plugins localization" and rescan FooEvents plugins
- Go to "WPML > String Translation" and search for those texts to translate them

Hello, I Nicolas. I tried your suggestions without success I can not find in the String Translation the labels of the field for FooEvents "Custom Attendee Fields". Even after rescanning the FooEvents plugins? Any suggestions. Maybe I could create a Admin login for you to check it out?
Let me know
Merci pour ton aide 🙂

Hi,

Could you please provide me with an admin access (wp-admin and FTP) – preferably to a test site where the issue has been replicated – so I can further investigate?

I will activate a private field for your next answer where you can provide that information safely (this field is only visible by you and the support team). Don't share your own admin account, create a new one that you will delete when we finish troubleshooting.

IMPORTANT: Before we proceed, please backup your site and database.

PS: FTP access will help me review the plugin's code. If you can't give me an FTP access, please install temporarily "WP File Manager".

Merci,
Nico
