Background of the issue:
I am trying to auto-detect visitor location and change the currency for the right country on our Woocommerce store. We are using a page caching plugin and found the solution 'Geolocation with page caching'. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
We cannot add a decimal in manually added orders in the backend. For example, adding shipping costs of 4,99€ changes to 499€ after saving. This issue does not occur when switching to 'Geolocate'. Additionally, a URL parameter is added after activating 'Geolocate with page caching', raising concerns about Google indexing and multiple versions of a page.

Questions:
Is the inability to add decimals in manual orders a bug with 'Geolocation with page caching'?
How does the URL parameter added by 'Geolocate with page caching' affect Google indexing?
Do we now have multiple versions of a page due to different currencies?
