All above pages are created from wp admin but when we click on View button then we are getting 404 error in frontend.

We have tried with disable plugin and also change theme. But still getting same issue. We also contact to server support but no issue from server too.

Please help me to figure out this issue.

Hello,

Taking a look at the website I can see the following:

hidden link --> exists

there only 2 sub pages are listed.

Set up a SIP trunk & SIP IVR

If I go to hidden link

6 sub pages exist

Navigating to SIP Call Recording if you examine the source there is no available translation

view-source:hidden link

Also for the sub page

hidden link

examine the source you will notice that the translation of the page exists

view-source:hidden link

but it's missing the correct order which would be

hidden link

hidden link

sip-call-recording is missing.

This might be what is causing these 404 errors.

Please review and let me know your results.

We have checked as per your instruction.
We have checked and found that Parent page is already set there but it is not showing as parent in edit mode. Parent attribute showing blank. We have tried to reset parent but parent attribute not saving. See the attached screenshots.

When we disabled 'WPML Multilingual CMS' plugin then we are able to set parent of those pages so i think there is something issue with wpml plugin.

Please advice. or Can you check it from your side?
Let me know if you need any access.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,
Bobby
