I am trying to:
Review translated pages and posts, but on some of them I am getting an error message - either "Une erreur est survenue lors de la prise en charge de la traduction." in French or "There was an error in applying translation." on Serbian translations when clicking the "eye" or "pencil" icon from the WordPress dashboard to review. I've attached a screenshot of where I am accessing these pages from.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Getting the French error on "Listening Skills" and "Need to talk?". Listening Skills URL: hidden link

Getting the error when attempting to review the Serbian versions of articles, e.g. hidden link

I've attached screenshots of both instances for your review.

I've looked in WPML > Translation Management > Jobs to see if there are any translations in progess which are causing these issues, but nothing corresponds with the language and posts I'm having issues with.

Hi there,

I will add the first reply before this ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues.

If you are using the SiteGround Optimizer please deactivate it as that is known to be having some issues with translation reviews.

If not please follow the steps below:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons.
- Go to your Dashboard > Pages.
- Open the edit screen of the original page. You should see a pencil/circle/gear icon in the sidebar options under the "Languages" section.
- Make a small change, for example, add an extra blank space at the end of a sentence/paragraph.
- Save it.
- You should now see that a circular arrow appears beside the 2nd languages links, this means that an update is required.
- Edit the translation again and save it up to 100% translated.
- See if the issue is fixed.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Thanks,
