[Closed] Getting issue while logout

Hi,
I am getting a problem when i try to logout , i don't know i made any mistake in translating using string translation or something else but now i am not able to logout hidden link

if i disable translation plugin which WPML then it works fine you can check in another test website where i disable the plugin and it is working hidden link

Hi there,

Thank you for the details on the issue.

For more insight on the issue can you please share a few more details as following:

- Did this issue started after some changes on the site or updates?

- Does this issue occurs only on one language? Or on all languages?

- I see you are using plugins like "Change wp-admin login" does this issue gets resolved when you deactivate plugins that might modify the way login/logout works?

Also, will it be possible for you to do the following test and see if it helps finding the cause of the issue:

- First, backup the site completely to prevent any data loss on the site or better test this on a staging/test site where the issue is replicated.

- Deactivate all plugins except WPML, WooCommerce and WCML. Activate a default theme like twenty twenty three then see if the issue gets resolved.

- If yes, activate the original plugin's and theme one at a time to see which one starts the issue.

Let me know how the test goes and we can further troubleshoot the issue as required.

yes if i deactivate the plugin then it works , but if i activate the plugin it has same issue , i even change the plugin but same issue again

It will be working fine either i deactivate translation plugin or change wp-admin url plugin , but i want to keep both plugins

I would need to take a closer look at your site. So would you please mind sharing temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site? Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

I have enabled a private reply for you to share the credentials securely, which means only you and I have access to it.

IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site first to avoid data loss.

✙ I would additionally need your permission to make a copy of the site with plugins like Duplicator and deploy it in my local machine to test the issue further.
