Hello there!

I can see what happened and it seems it happened when you migrated your site at one point.

I recovered them for you but I also see you had Pay-As-You-Go enabled. Since the issue was with the migrations, you ended having 2 different "instances" of your site with the subscription enabled. I had to cancel them in order to merge them together and recover all the glossaries.

I wonder if you can let me know how you migrate your sites, because it seems you always migrate from the same domain, could it be you're migrating from a local version? this will help us understand WHY it happened so we can make sure it doesn't happen again.

You don't have to pay for anything, of course, and you should see your glossary entries now. if you don't please allow me access to your site so I can verify why that is.

Regards.
